When active monthly users surged past 600 during competitive splits, I migrated the backend to an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) dedicated Linux instance. Implemented Docker containerization, self-hosted PostgreSQL with persistent volume mounts, Nginx reverse proxy with Brotli compression, and Redis caching for match schedules.
